OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM

Rob is the Pastor and an Elder at Maitland, and he and his family joined in August 2022. Rob is married to Emily and together they have a little girl who loves the worship music at church! Rob is passionate about seeing the whole church family (himself included) growing, walking closely with the Lord Jesus and being the church that God made her to be, as well as helping others to find Jesus for themselves. Rob loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys playing board games, reading and sports. You’ll probably find him with a guitar or ice cream in hand!

Dave is an Elder at Maitland. He became an elder in September 2016 and has been at Maitland since 2015. He is married to Debbie and has a daughter, Reb. He has worked as a community Pastor and so has a passion for sharing Jesus in the community, getting alongside others, and reaching them with the gospel outside of the church walls. When not busy at church or work Dave likes listening to music, spending time with his family, and has a passion for VW Camper Vans and Beetles!

Matt has been a part of Maitland since 2015 and an Elder since March 2020. Matt is married to Rachel. He has a passion to see young people supported through their exploration of faith and helping them get involved in different parts of Church life. Outside of Maitland, Matt currently acts as Chairperson for Merseyside Christian Youth Camps. Matt is a keen golfer and enjoys reading and the occasional board game.

Geff has been a church member since November 2022, though was in his previous church 22 years! He is a retired GP, married to Glenys. He has a passion for Jesus, both in seeing people come to faith and in strengthening believers in their daily walk. He enjoys preaching in local churches and is excited seeing God changing lives under the authority of His Word. His interests include watching cricket, playing alto saxophone and clarinet, his motorhome, walking and hiking.
